Any additional comments?
I loved book 1 and immediately purchased this book to continue the story. Although I liked the first better, this is still a good book. It’s just that it’s almost exactly like the first book, which made it just a little boring for me. There wasn’t enough changes to keep me hanging onto every word. Yes, by now we know it’s a world of superheroes and supervillians. Yes, we know that Gary wants to be bad, but he’s so good that it’s cute. I hate to say it, but there were a few places where I dozed off. When I woke up, I didn’t have to rewind to find my spot because it was pretty easy to realize that I’d missed nothing. At the end, the pace picked up and things started moving, but then we’re left with a big cliffhanger.
