Not awkward at all!

I thought I would feel awkward listening to a book about a teenage girl killing stuff and sound way to cute, but I wasn’t! The book was a fun ride and had some truly epic moments. I’m already looking forward to the next book.

I wasn’t that invested in the side “origin” story, but since it was sprinkled throughout the book, it was OK with a little break here and there. Both stories came together in the end.

It was also good that the book didn’t end in a big cliffhanger but was exciting enough to look forward to the next installment. The narration by Soundbooth is excellent as always.
