I’m a big fan of post apocalyptic books. This one unfortunately is like most of them. 1/4 (this had less) of the catastrophe, 1/4 picking up the pieces & regrouping and half fluff chaotic drama of internal and external conflict with a nemesis person or group that wants to take over for good measure. Also adds in a pointless father character with dementia and an extra woman for some jealous woman conflict. If this is your first post apocalyptic book enjoy. Otherwise, i would just skip it.
