Now it’s getting serious

Now it’s getting serious. There’s much less comic relief here with a lot more pathos and political intrigue. Now the Hunger games are about to start the insurrection baby! Basically the lesson is to put EVERYTHING IN YOUR INVENTORY!

I know the Trump Derangement Syndrome is there in trace amounts but the author has been smart enough to tamp it down. Frankly it’s barely detectible unless you’re hyper attuned to it (which I am). Probably because he’s witnessed how every attack against the God emperor ultimately face planted. Anybody smart enough to guest star the Critical Drinker in the last book can’t be all bad!

You can’t go through this story without Audio narration. The voice actor here is incredible. Every voice he creates – male, female, old, young is unique. The range in his voice is impressive. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
