I enjoyed the story itself and found the plot quite engaging. The narration, however, felt a little underdeveloped and could use some refinement. Perhaps a different pacing or tone of voice would enhance the listening experience. I’m hoping to see improvement in this area. I do plan to give the second book a try. Maybe the narrator finds their stride in the next installment. I look forward to seeing how the series progresses.
