I will admit I’m bias since I’ve listen to the Bobiverse series before listening to this book. And yes, in my mind I did compare the two.
Overall the story isn’t very exciting. The characters rather vanilla in the way they were portrayed. None of them really stands out as memorable expect for the one that tends to be whiny but I couldn’t even tell you what his name was.
The performance was ok. Once again nothing really stands out as excellent or horrible. Just middle of the road.
Would I listen to the next book? Only if the book was free.
