A very well written and narrated true crime piece. A crime story such as this, with an interesting storyline, and such bizarre human failings, can sometimes become slow and tedious, especially while reading court goings on. The sluggish hours spent in courtrooms during trial, really become slow going for me, as a reader. But with audio books, I’ve discovered that listening to the story being laid out in front of my eyes, becomes real behind my eyes….without my having to read and re-read because my attention span can’t follow those drawnout scenes.
With this way of listening to a story, I’ve developed a new way to enjoy books, while I’m KNITTING!
This story was very sad, everyone in it is a victim, in some way. It held my interest, and the add ons at the conclusion…totally round out the rough edges, so don’t shut down until you’re sure the narrator is FINISHED, incredulous!!
