Incredibly creative and humorous. The only reason I don’t score it higher is because I don’t usually read comedy novels, but the fact that I was entertained from beginning to end is a testament to Matt Dinniman’s ability as a writer. The world and story feel meticulously crafted and planned out. The most interesting part of the book to me was the fight with The Juicer and Mordecai’s criticisms of the fight. That was the point in the book where I realized the world and rules would fold onto themselves in a creative way, and that anyone looking for this sort of story was in good hands with this series.
