I almost stopped listening early on when the level up mechanics gave people literal sexual orgasms. Our MC rolled around on the ground with a huge erection poorly hidden by his loin cloth in a room full of people. That’s just tacky; I don’t look for sexual content in litRPG books.
But having nothing else to listen to right now, I decided to soldier on and I’m glad I did. The orgasm mechanic went away pretty soon, so it became a non-issue.
