This is no longer a story. It’s a statement. The relationships started out as standard and monogamous. As the story has progressed, alternative relationship styles are aggressively pushed. These relationships feel unauthentic and intrude on the story for a political statement at the cost of characterization. Personalities are twisted to fit into this vision. There are no longer ANY relationships that are not homosexual, nonbinary, asexual, or polyamorous.

When I started this series, I enjoyed the story. It’s a shame the author stopped telling it.
