Read this before you start this series….

Since you start a series thinking you are going to read all of it, I’m leaving my review of the entire series with the first book.
In a nutshell, the first book is pretty bad, both the plot and narration. It’s not until the third or fourth book that it gets interesting. If I hadn’t bought the series really cheap during the Black Friday sale, I wouldn’t have continued after the first book.
The narration also improves and I was enjoying the story by book 5. By the last book, Hunted, I was ready to stop. The characters are likable but we get to know them only superficially. The plots are more of the same thing.
There are so many other space series that are outstanding, don’t waste your time and money on this one unless you get it really cheap.
