Zach’s story in it’s entirety can be removed and nothing major would change. Melody wasn’t killed by a warlord, but by the government. It seems like it is trying to be retroactively changed to make Ryun the bad guy. The hypocrisy of Zach makes the book hard to get through. The reusage of the words strength and power are egregious. This is my second full listen through of the entire series, and it only gets worse.
