I first read this series about 6 years ago. I stumbled onto the first book and thought it seemed like a book for teenagers, like Twilight. Boy was I wrong! this is an incredible series that soon became my favorite of all time. It’s intriguing, fascinating, and will have you reading for hours straight. I couldn’t get enough, I was breezing through books so fast cause I loved the storyline. Sadly, when I finished the series life seemed boring. I had fun enjoying my quiet time everyday listening while I did my work around the house, or while my kids took naps. Just when you think you have the answer to a problem in the book, the author surprises you. The places you go, people you learn about, the storyline that gets deeper and deeper. Fae, Vampires, Werewolves, Golems, Mermaids, Good guys and Bad guys… different universes, transporting mirrors. If you like fantasy romance with a splash of mystery, murder, mayhem, chaos, love and friendship… this couldn’t be a more perfect book series for you.
