This is Riley’s story. Perfect mix of the real world and virtual. I enjoyed both conflicts Bagwall presented. In other books the real world conflict can feel dragging but it doesn’t in Riley’s story. I read this after book 4 of the main series. It fits well putting pieces in place though I would have enjoyed reading after book 2 without the future context.
