Not terrible but definitely doesn’t live up to quarter- & half-share. This is the let down book of the series, the one you wait for where the author just can’t seem to keep up the high quality of the series. I didn’t like or dislike the book but just figure it’s a placeholder and I am just going to wait and see if it’s a slump or if the magic is gone.

if you loved the first 2 books, go ahead and spend the credit. If you hoard your credits, wait and see if you can get this one on sale. There’s only one revelation that is important to the reading of the next book. and somebody can tell you the ending here when the next book comes out…..you really don’t need to read this book to follow the series. That’s why I gave it a 3 stars. The narrator is as good as ever!
