I’m on the fence with this series. It definitely has some good parts, but then there are some parts that are a little too much. The Bartholomew character is a bit ridiculous as is the cat, the aerosol spray and self cleaning underwear. By book 5 I was pretty much done that and with all the poop descriptions and jokes. Sometimes the words they’re speaking do not match the age of the character. I’m surprised I made it through all five books. Should’ve stopped at three. I listen to a lot of these type of books and this one would be much better without the above mentioned parts IMHO.
