After 13 years in teaching, I am moving into administration. I found so much affirmation and insight into what was written in this book. It will be one I listen to again and again throughout the year. I found myself identifying with issues that have gone wrong in schools and with leaders that have made me make the changes I have. You can learn a ton from what not to do. This book is excellent.
