This is a very unique series and it starts out really good.
But by book four it feel and reads like the author was just bored. Half the characters in the book get no closure. The author was just tired of the series and decided to end it.
The author does do a good job on showing how religion gets twisted and turned into something it’s not. The female MC misunderstands things all the time but it always seems to work out in the long run. The “roomba” Spot, is OP from day one. The author tries to make it read like Spot is in danger, but it never is, it always pulls out some McGuffin to help it win the day.
If you want closure when a series ends, this isn’t it. The MC and and Spot get it, but literally nobody else does and there are a lot of important characters in the book that are just, forgotten about.
