Keri has once again delivered pure gothic perfection. Her writing is atmospheric, lyrical, and completely immersive….the kind that wraps around you like the thick fog rolling off a haunted coastline. She never misses. She does it for me.

This story had me hooked from the first eerie whisper of the seaside castle to the very last, breathtaking reveal. The layers of mystery, the slow-burn suspense, and the forbidden romance were woven together flawlessly. Every secret brought new chills, every revelation pulled me in deeper.

Isadora, or Isa, was everything. Strong yet vulnerable, I connected with her instantly. Watching her navigate the whispers, and the haunting pull of Lucian Blackthorne was so satisfying. By the end, I wasn’t just rooting for her, I dig her!

And then there’s Lucian. If the devil himself were to own a castle of bones, his name would have to be Lucian. Dark, brooding, feared by all, yet devastatingly magnetic. His voice alone in the audiobook had me melting. Keri writes morally grey, tortured men like no one else!! the ones you know you should fear but fall for anyway. 🫠

If you love haunting love stories drenched in atmosphere, with characters that stay with you long after, The Master of Salt & Bones is an absolute must. I was completely consumed. HIGHLY recommend!
