Story: Good. Narration: Meh.

I wish the narrator learnt how to pronounce the Arabic and French words correctly. After all, the story is set in Syria with sojourns to Europe.

Every time I’d get into the story a mispronunciation of even the basic words smack me right back out.

Sadly, this is typical of our American narrators. We need to do better.
