Dungeon Crawler Carl is goofy, irreverent, and funny as hell, while containing a surprising amount of heart. It turns out the apocalypse will turn Earth into a reality TV-style dungeon crawl with equal parts Skyrim, Borderlands, and World of Warcraft. Ultimately, it’s a story about a guy and his cat just trying to survive the goofy horrors that await them in service of the audiences viewing pleasure. And boy is it hysterical.
