We’ve seen Boxy stuck in Azurevale for like 8-9 books. It’s done and old. There are so many subcharacters and subplots that it’s getting to boring AF. Really tired of Boxy pushing its doppleganger skills by messing with elf heads among many other similar subplots.
Get back to the pure stupidity of a box that loves shineys and is too stupid to know what it’s doing. The first few books were pure gold from a comedy perspective, plus they made Boxy into a real character. Man eating, incredibly shallow, and ultra violent. So real from the perspective of a dungeon mimic. All of this multi perspective good/bad character stuff is played out.
More so, the story feels like it’s been stalled for a few years. Nothing significant has happened.
Time to move things forward in a boxy shaped, violent shaped way
