I connected with this listen right away! It was light-hearted and witty and had the best marriage of story and narrator. I had a constant smile on my face. And those pop references just killed me!!!

The narrator stole the show! He put the perfect spin on the unflappable main character, Ellis, and with tongue firmly planted in cheek, delivered an incredible sampling of teens, mafia types and even a Black nurse.

I will look for more from this author and this narrator and count it as a major victory if they’ve teamed up again.
