I find the topic of OOBE fascinating and really wanted to like that book. But I had a hard time finishing it and had to skip some chapters entirely. The journeys were filled with unimportant details, and pretty much as interesting as someone describing his dreams in great details. He tries to take a scientific approach but the only scientific experiment done in the book is a failure. Why not do more? Instead he likes to make countless lists of facts from his stories to prove he was truly out of body. But it proves nothing unless you take his word for it. Pointless and tedious. The only interesting part to me was the few chapters on techniques to achieve the OOB state.
