In addition to there being at least 2 hours of character sheet recitation, there are many passages which recap the previous chapter as if the story was meant to be serialized. Then there’s the repetitive sentence structure. there’s a lot of “he pulled it out from out of” and “the bones were bone white”
The narrator tries hard to conceal his east coast accent, but it comes out hard on words like water (werter) and warrior (worrier)
