I was a bit put off originally. Sybil was crusty and unlikable. But as the story continued I grew fond of her and teared up at the end.

So many lessons in this book. Told without hectoring the reader. But memorable.

I couldn’t put it down, grabbing a few minutes here and there.

Also the narrators were all excellent. The accents were subtle but helped differentiate the characters so I would know who was speaking.
