I was very skeptical of the series and kind of lukewarm on the first several books as it seemed like another generic gamelit RPG dungeon series. but the plot and character development of the later books just keeps getting better and the storyline is incredibly compelling to compliment the traditional fun of game wet RPG elements. this book has been the turning point for me of actively recommending this series to other people.
