I was entertained by this book. My attention was engaged from the opening until the end of the story as one action filled scene flowed into the next. I liked how the story kept flipping from one character’s point of view to another’s, and since each chapter was devoted to the character, I was never unsure which character’s story I was following at the time. I felt for Nick and Chris as they faced their individual struggles. I wanted to shake some sense into Gabby. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series. I enjoyed Andrew Tell’s narration as his performance kept my attention. I was given a copy of the audiobook.
