For a start to a massive multi author series, this was an excellent start. I came into the series very reluctantly and was flabbergasted by how very well written the story was. Despite being a hard sci fi furry furry novel, the characters feel as real as anyone else. Gre7g had a talent for storytelling and writing very real and solid characters. This marks the beginning of me speeding along the Hayven Celestia series
