This was hard to sit through. I don’t want to sound mean, but having a 67 year old white man dictate a young black drug dealer is both ridiculous and unintentionally hilarious at the same time. My emersion was completely removed from the harsh reality of the LA projects during the 1980s. I am white and I found it a little bit offensive that they got away with this. Is it racist to want a black gang member to not sound like Larry King? IT’S RICK FREAKING ROSS! He had four different rappers name themselves after him. How do you screw that up? I will be writing a formal complaint to Mister Ross’s publisher. He definitely deserves a refund.
