its a good story. solid characters. the main issue i have is the over reiteration of things or making the supposedly intelligent main character act or be so dumb as to have everything explained to him as opposed to having all the pieces or enough of them to figure out whats going on and why. its the fitz chivalry syndrome. that and theres a little to heavy reliance on going over the game and level up stuff or reiterating things we should already know. its book 9 and they arent written to be read independantly so it ends up making everything feel contrived. but its still good enough that i made it this far and i wanna see how it ends so here we are.
