I saw the ultimate limitations of words and letters as well of the main character’s existence. I can’t forgive her though she said she was sorry so many times. Her selfishness was the core I saw. Her rationalizations were contained in her still selfish and sometimes self-flagellating notes. Those who loved her saw her fear, and I just don’t see her as fragile.
