This book kept me on the edge of my seat. The setting was a pleasant change from the dungeon floors we’ve seen up until now, and the character progression goes along smoothly. What amazes me about this book is how Matt Dinniman puts his characters in a box, then finds a way for them to think outside it. You won’t be able to put this down once you reach the final stretch

Also, Jeff Hays has ruined other narrators for me. The amount of voices he can pull off, while all sounding distinct, boggles my mind. He is the crown gem unto a story that is already a treasure on its own
