Ah, the agony of regret.

The Correspondent delivers profound life lessons for which society surely yearns, in ways that aggravate and entice. Love lost, found, people broken, and willing to repair each other. Staggeringly beautiful book.

And the performances!! Well done narrators! Wish I could leave a comment on every one of you. So powerfully performed, and the chemistry between you is stellar!

Maggi – Meg Reed as Sybil: breathtaking. I don’t think even Meryl Streep could have matched her performance. The book closes with one of the greatest single passages and performances ever. I’m shaking from its power.

Many thanks to author and performers. I can’t imagine a listener being left unchanged after this book. Thank you for taking your craft to THIS level.
