After listening to the entire series, I absolutely fell in love with it. At first, the female narrator’s voice threw me off a bit, it sometimes sounded like she was chewing something, but the male narrator’s voice I liked right away. As the series went on, though, I grew to love the narration. You can really feel the emotion they bring to the story.
There were moments I was so frustrated with Tessa, and honestly, Lucas drove me crazy with how clueless he could be. Their love felt toxic at times, full of love bombs, but also incredibly intense. Every book was packed with raw emotion and left me wanting more. The last two books especially hit me hard—they completed the story in a way that made me immediately want to start the whole thing over again.
Get ready to cry, get annoyed, and fall in love. What a beautifully written series!
