I thought this was a great premise for a book. A unique way to bring today’s trends to a crime from 20 years ago. On what would have been Daisy’s 40th birthday, a podcast gathers all her friends to celebrate. They quickly realize they are the only guests and that the podcast hosts are trying to smoke out the “real” killer. Right from the start, I knew this was going to be one heck of a ride. Everybody has something to hide. I knew this author would not make it as obvious who did it so my mind was working overtime trying to figure it out. The author, the brilliant mind that she is, tricked me for the briefest of minutes and then BAM! ….and then that’s not ALL!! That epilogue. Holy cow! PSCYCO!! I am glad I was able to listen to the audio because it really helped me keep all the players in order.
