I enjoyed the story and the reader was amazing but it just frustrates me how Fin just never seems to win. Sure he’ll succeed but it always comes with a cost. Which I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t almost every single time. And the end is what truly ruined it for me.

I thought oh finally he’ll get a big win but no he get betrayed and his dog kidnapped. This end literally ruined it for me. I’m a type of person who really enjoys happy endings in stories and this ending has made me want to abandon this series.
