Malfi is likely the best horror writer we have right now. He deserves better than this reader who sounds like a dad who really does not want to do bedtime stories. Easily the worst reader I’ve experienced. I had to stop this audio version; I guess I’ll go get the physical copy and try to read this myself, though I have no time for sitting and reading.
