I can’t remember the last time I have laughed so hard while listening to an audiobook. I’ve also been completely invested in these characters, and I really care about what happens to them. That’s a rare combination.
As good as the story is, it’s even better because of the brilliance of the narrator, Jeff Mays. The fact he can create dozens of unique character voices is absolutely brilliant.
