My first reaction after listening to the too long ending was that it was not a 4 star listen. However, after much thought 24 hours later I think it is still pretty intriguing. Not a 5 star because I thought it was probably an hour to an hour and half too long.
I disagree with some commentators who found the characters under developed. I think the author gave a pretty raw insight into their personalities and motives, if you were really listening.
This was my book club pick and I’m looking forward to the discussion.
