Oh. My! I think Steve Hodel, a retired LAPD detective and son of George Hodel, has found the cruel slayer of Elizabeth Ann Short, the Black Dahlia. That cruel and twisted murderer of Elizabeth was none other than Hodel’s own father George. I have read and watched a few books and movies on this particular crime. Steve’s detective work is by far particular, methodical, and overall well done. Everything he presents points to his father. It is an excellent job in detective work. However, how horrible is it to determine that your father is the one who committed the most heinous crime ever?
