I wanted to hear this story so I opted for a full length book as opposed to a podcast – big mistake! I couldn’t make it through this! It is way too wordy, it reads like a text book or instruction manual. The writer never seems to have human emotions , it’s like AI generated a book of plain facts but threw in a bunch of extra filler material loosely ties into the subject matter. And if that’s not bad enough – the reader’s voice puts you to sleep – completely monotone with no emotion or inflections of any kind. I tried skipping around, but eventually gave up. I’ll just find a podcast so I can get the story. All I left this book with was a headache .
