I don’t know about most people, but I like these type of books for the action, not so I can learn about the logistics and planning of how to handle an apocalyptic event. Needless to say very boring, it also doesn’t help that there’s five different story lines going on, each with between 4 and 8 characters. Combined with the fact that the narrator uses the same voice for every single of those probably 20+ characters, makes it extremely hard to follow. Out of the 6 hours I made it through before giving up, maybe 30 minutes was exciting and not pointless dialog. if I could find a 7-hour Abridged version including all three books, it might be interesting.
