The book glorifies substance abuse, murder, stealing from hard working people (not robin hood), and transgender themes. It mocks anyone who has morality or a conservative perspective.
While I can put up with some of this, when half a book is about one brother trying to help his kid brother cross dress as a ballerina, it was just plain boring.
