First off I must say that the narration for Maybe This Time by Cara Bastone was perfect in every way, the Dolby Atmos feature makes it even more so!
You get the sense of being right there with Mikey, June and the entire cast as you go on a most unique adventure where the past, present and future sort of intermingle via of all things solar flairs and a wormhole. Yes, you read that right…a wormhole. As the main characters (once friends as children) start on this journey they end up learning so much about themselves and each other while conquering fears, anxiety and uncertainties.
If you’re looking for something different in romance, do not pass this audiobook up, it is a beautiful refreshing take with plenty of feelgood vibes and a perfect HEA ending. I will definitely be listening to this one again! Also looking forward to reading or listening to more from Cara Bastone.
