I was intrigued by the initial concept, it held so much promise. Sadly, the execution fell short for me. The writing style felt consistently underdeveloped, which hindered my enjoyment. The narration, unfortunately, didn’t enhance the story either. It felt like a missed opportunity given the strength of the premise. I really wanted to love it, but the technical aspects just didn’t work. Hopefully, future works will be better, though I don’t know that I will be checking them out unless nothing else to listen to.
