Well, I can add another one to my list of books read in less than 24 hours. This is so incredibly good. I am equal parts mad that I hadn’t started it before and so happy that I’m enjoying it now. I expected it to be a predictable beauty and the beast retelling, with the twist of why choose, but it delivered so much more. This is a solid, enjoyable romantic fantasy novel. The world building is bigger than I expected, the mmcs are actually unique princes with well developed backstories and personalities, and the FMC is lovable. I’m going to be staying up tonight to start the next one!
