This story did not live up to the hype. I cannot fathom how it has good reviews. It will forever remain a mystery to me. The narrator was dull, and used very little inflection in his voice to differentiate between characters, or even to express emotions. I feel like this could have been a great story, but it missed the mark. There were elements which seemed interesting, but didn’t become fully explored. There were too many words used in a foreign language, which were never clear. It left me feeling so unsatisfied, from beginning to end.
