The series is starting to get a bit stale feeling. I’m getting the “come on man, get to the point” feeling for the first time in the series, and in this book the parade of deus ex machina twists are losing their impact for the first time in the series as well. Maybe it’s time to set DCC aside for a while and try something bit less frenetic. The vocal performances are welcome, without them is probably have abandoned instead of finishing this book
