Macronomicon does good writing. I enjoy their humor fantasy style as too many books are grim these days and it’s nice to listen to something that makes you laugh. All their books have great characters and interesting worlds. The MC in this one is basically a newbie tower climber blessed by fate brazenly somehow not dying. The legend part was an accident (here’s some silver maybe go tell some stories about me in the tavern). Jason was the biggest overachiever in the story.
